Access the big picture. The Concrete Vision™ software lets you see everything you need to
know about a job.
The job screens show the following: •Job Information - displays all the basic information about the job. •Contacts - Allows you to maintain all your job specific contacts. •Project Management - Allows you to maintain all job specific sequences and due dates. •Phone/Job Notes - Allows you to track all job specific phone and general notes. •Drawing Notes - Allows your engineering department to track all drawings. •Engineering Hours - Allows your engineering department to enter their hours for a specific job. These hours are then compared to the estimated hours from the Sales Module. •Correspondence - Allows you to create Request For Information, Letter of Transmittals and other job specific form letters. •External/Internal Issues - Allows you to track all the issues for the job. •Change Orders - Allows you to track all the change orders for the job. •Billing - Used to calculate the billing cost of square foot for your billings. The External/Internal Issue screens are used to modify and track issues relating to jobs that can not be billed to the contractor. The Change Order screens are used to modify and track issues relating to jobs that can be billed to the contractor. The Transmittals address screen is used to modify the addresses used on the Letter of Transmittal screen. |
