VPRO™’s Help Desk Specialists use their knowledge and skills in combination with our remote access capabilities to provide basic
IT support and system troubleshooting to our clients. Our Help Desk Team provides technical support for user-related questions
and problems, as well as maintenance support for system problems or equipment failures. Help Desk Support is available during all
business hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday.

This service is ideal for the user who needs an immediate solution to a minor problem. We all know how frustrating it can be to
get held back in work because of technical difficulties. Our Help Desk Team minimizes downtime and saves you money. Instead of
having to wait for one of our techs to come onsite, and paying the minimum one hour fee associated with all onsite visits, you
will only pay for the time you spend on the phone!

Don’t worry. VPRO™’s Help Desk provides a central point of contact for all customers. Once our Help Desk Team diagnoses the problem,
they will quickly be able to walk you through the solution, or, if necessary, they will schedule a service call for issues that require
an onsite technician.

Remote Access

With the use of the latest technology in remote access, our Help Desk Specialists have the ability to see exactly what the user sees.
This enables them to actually view or recreate the problem, as well as locate its source easily and efficiently. With remote access,
it’s as if we’re at the same machine as our customers. We can fix the problem without leaving our seats!
